In a blender or food processor, combine the avocado, Greek yoghurt, basil, parsley, chives, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth. Add water gradually if needed to reach your desired consistency.
